Can you imagine what my sister, Hilda, who diligently worked for months on her
granddaughter's wedding bouquets and arrangements, felt as she finally finished the
last one?
Can you imagine her as she steps back, takes a look at her work and smiles?
She is happy. She is proud. All the love that she feels for Savannah, the young bride,
has poured into her work, and it shows.
Can you imagine what a relief? The pressure is off now. It's done. She can take care
of her own needs. And it's about time...because the wedding in Ohio is only 2 days away!
Can you imagine her as she grabs her purse and keys. As she closes her apartment
door and locks it. As she walks to her little, red Honda parked close by, thinking about
going to get her hair done...her last minute shopping, and why not...thinking about
enjoying a little freedom too...
But when she gets to her car she finds this:
Can you imagine?
All four tires, that she had changed recently, were gone. The police found no fingerprints....
We made it to Ohio, and back. The wedding was fabulous! But today, April 5th, Hilda is
back dealing with this mess...
Sis, I have been thinking about you all day. I love you.
