LONDON & NEW YORK!
THE WILTON METHOD...
WEEK 42. Finally catching up!! After finishing my post WEEK 40...Finding ME.,
I allowed myself to go on to other things...like writing another post:
Promised Thanksgiving Post...so what if I am running late?
And... reading some of my favorite blogs like:
Long Hollow, Jillsy, A New Life In Costa Rica, LADY FI, Bella Casa, and
Christopher Alvarez (my son!)
Yes, it has been a good week...although I had to deal with a lot of pain in my legs,
and other health issues..that actually made me land at the Doctor's office. Yet, I
say good, because my daughter Mayra went to London! Her cousin, Carol, took
her along as an interpreter for some business matters she had to deal with in the
United Kingdom. NICE!!!
The only photo I have right now of Mayra, is in a London train...I know, a
little out of focus, but soon I will have more!!
Look at that smiling face!! How is this not going to make me happy...one of
her dreams come true. I am hoping now for New York...
And speaking of New York!! My nephew Oscar and his girlfriend went there this
week!! One more post I want to cover....WHO wouldn't want to do a post on
THE BIG APPLE?
Oh...my...my....REAL New York Pizza!!! YUMMY!!!
And speaking of yummy...this week Maricela lured me again to stay for a taquitos
dinner...
But this time...she had Mexican rice, Nopales, and carne asada too! Ah, and those
little girls are getting prettier by the minute...
I also had some fun at work with my best friends...Cheryl and Mary !! Here
they are showing their Christmas spirit!!
These two ladies are a blast...and I love them dearly!!!
To end my week...Wednesday, I rushed after work, to Joan's etc., in
Snelville, about an hour from home.WHY? Well, my niece, Carol, wants
me to learn the Wilton method of cake decorating...and the classes
started the very same day I called to find out about them!
I have looooooong way to go....but I will learn...I will...because it has to
do with my future job...a fun job in Spain!! No...I won't be working at
a bakery...it's a secret!!
See why I say I have to go a looooooong way with cake decorating?
But...let's see what happens in a month...
AND NEXT WEEK ...I BUY PEPE'S TICKET!!!
