El Retiro, Madrid's largest and most beloved park! I still remember,
as a child,visiting it for the first time...Oh, how I loved strolling
around this magical place with my mother and my sister Cary.
A few days ago, my girls Mayra and Sandra, visited this lovely park
along with their cousin Adriana, Ruben and my grandkids...
Here are my three beauties, ready for that afternoon stroll in one
of earth's most beautiful parks...Now, I must admit...my grandkids
don't seem to be to excited about it! lol!
No ordinary park...
Is this not beautiful? Can you imagine having a picnic admiring
this magnificence?
Sigh....
Alonso and Gabriel want to know: Is it time to feed the ducks yet?
Look kids! Here they come...throw them bread!!
I sure liked feeding the ducks! Do you think our moms will take us
on the boats, now?
This is the perfect place to relax...romance...or just get away from
it all, without leaving the busy city of Madrid!
My daughter, Mayra, is loving her life in Spain...it shows!
Adriana, my niece, always ready to visit places...especially with
her cousins!
My goodness!! What's going on? Alberto and Alonso seem to
want to run away from something that's scaring them!!
AWWWWW!! Kids...don't worry,
the lion is not real!!
