Week 32
On Thursday, October 7th, a day after arriving in Atlanta, I am back to
my weekly count. So far 32 weeks since Pepe left to Spain. How many
more? Only God knows...
Meantime I will blog, and I will write new recipes...in hopes of
publishing my zany cookbook. The day before I left Spain, I made
a huge bowl of rice pudding for Raul, my son-in-law. Come to think
of it PSYCHIATRIC WARD RICE PUDDING is the perfect recipe
to remember my family with! There is never a dull moment when
we get together....
Tomorrow Thursday 14th, will make 33 weeks...I will tell about my
first week back home, and what I am hoping to accomplish in the
next few weeks....
