You made the "torrijas", ate TOO many ...and now..........NOW ..........
YOU ARE SORRY!!!!! Don't worry you can have the torrijas, and
eat them too, IF afterwards you take care by eating light, delicious
dinners such as SORRY FILET-O-CHICKEN !!!
FIRST, STOPS FEELING GUILTY, AND START GETTING YOUR ACT TOGETHER...
Don't be a wimp, you don't solve anything...grab some fresh, firm asparagus,
and Roma tomatoes...
AHA....I am going to add the green onions I didn't use for the "I will never go to
Hawaii Chicken. Waste not...want not !!!!!
Seed the tomatoes, chop them and the green onions in small pieces like you would
your bathroom scale after weighing yourself....
Now, go get some spices....oregano, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Always
have these handy because I say so...This is my blog and I am the boss !!!
Get all the above ingredients in a small mixer o mortar and ground together...add
some olive oil and slap it on the chicken breast.
WASH YOUR HANDS !!!!! Then go on... take a frying pan out and heat some olive
oil and add those onions.
After a few turns, add diced tomatoes....... toss...toss...toss, now sprinkle
Parmesan Cheese all over it and set aside !
Get the asparagus, stop staring at them wishing you were tall and skinny like
them! Heat another pan with a little oil and when hot add those greenbabies...
turn them gently and sprinkle with sea salt. Nice...huh !!!
Wipe the pan and add the chicken breasts !!! Smell the garlic, the spices !!! Turn the
chicken as need until done !!! Serve like in this photo and It's OK ...get emotional
diet food doesn't have to be tasteless !!!!
NOW that you are NOT feeling so sorry for eating all those torrijas....
GO GET ANOTHER ONE AND EAT IT !!!!!!
