INGREDIENTS: 1 bag of corn tortillas, leave the bag open 3 or 4 days until they don't look right / 1 small
can of refried beans or whatever / 1 out date can of enchilada sauce / dig around for any cheese... I had
"queso fresco" that didn't look that "fresco", cheddar and mozarrella ( very Mexican..ha !) / 1 plantain...I
found it while searching for onions...it was nice and ripe... really ripe...slice it and fry it / fry a sliced onion
afterwards / left over salsa and wilted cilantro.
OK now ...you have to cook this after you come home from work and remember you are depressed, so
don't take a shower and stay in your work clothes.
Take the rippled tortillas and put them in enchilada sauce then make layers !!!!! ANYWAY YOU FEEL LIKE
IT !!!!
BAKE IT ... WHO CARES WHAT TEMPERATURE... AS LONG AS THE CHEESE MELTS....
